That's what Midnight Courtyard is. A collaboration between two friends who care deeply about craft — a single-origin Honduras roast that carries the same quiet elegance both brands are built around. Medium-dark, smooth, and grounded with caramel warmth, a whisper of spice, and brown sugar sweetness that lingers long after the cup is empty.

The coffee comes from over 1,500 growers and members of Café Organics Marcala, a cooperative in the La Paz region of Honduras — one of the most celebrated coffee-growing regions in Central America. Grown at 1,300–1,700 meters in clay mineral soils, fully washed and sun dried, these are beans handled with the same care that goes into every detail of the brands behind this roast.
