Created in collaboration with Champagne & Chinoiserie, this medium-dark roast is an ode to the evening ritual, the lamplit hour when the world softens and a single cup becomes a small ceremony. Notes of caramel and brown sugar unfold first, warm and unhurried, before a whisper of spice lingers like incense in still air.
The beans come from Café Organics Marcala, a cooperative of 1,500 growers in the highlands of La Paz, Honduras, cultivated between 1,300 and 1,700 meters in mineral-rich clay soil. Fully washed and sun-dried, then roasted medium-dark to draw out the depth this cup deserves.
