Rio Drift: Medium Roast Bright, smooth, and flowing with natural character. Sourced from smallholder farmers in the Molino Norte region of Matagalpa, Nicaragua, Rio Drift is a single-origin medium roast grown in rich clay mineral soil at altitudes of 900–1590 meters. Varieties include Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema, carefully hand-picked, fully washed, fermented for 12–14 hours, and dried on patios and raised beds. The result is a cup with cocoa depth, floral aromatics, and lively citrus tones, a balanced profile that reflects both the land and the hands that shaped it. Crafted in small batches, Rio Drift is built for mornings that call for clarity and calm momentum, much like the steady flow of the river it’s named for.
